  電影講述網絡漫畫作家智友（盛駿 飾）探訪廢棄公寓光林Mansion時發生的怪異而恐怖的現實向故事。《怪奇宅》由5個怪談故事組成，以《樓層噪音》《黴菌》《電梯》等現代人都能體驗到的日常素材為基礎，給人以有密度的恐懼感。這也是盛駿退伍後的首部公開作品。
　　《怪奇宅》首先院線上映，其後自7月30日開始將通過Olleh TV、Seezn和Skylife平臺依次公開。
