對嘻哈街舞有熱情的舞者約瑟夫，在紐約散心邂逅了芭蕾舞者克洛伊。兩人壹拍即合，決定嘗試將街舞與芭蕾結合，找回對舞蹈的熱情。

約瑟夫，壹名對嘻哈街舞有熱情的舞者，離家到巴黎闖蕩，與女友艾瑪和他最好的朋友卡裏姆壹起，他加入了著名的「破壞者尤裏」舞團，試圖贏得國際嘻哈大賽。但是約瑟夫卻意外發現艾瑪和尤裏背著他交往，陷入低潮的他決定離開。約瑟夫決定前往紐約散心，意外發現了古典舞的世界，並邂逅了芭蕾舞者克洛伊。
兩人壹拍即合，決定嘗試將街舞與芭蕾結合，並重新找回對舞蹈的熱情，兩人的心也越靠越近…。
本片有創立搖擺者舞蹈團 (Swaggers)、成功結合街舞與芭蕾的法國首席舞蹈編導瑪莉安莫婷(Marion Motin)，為電影量身打擾華麗舞蹈。
