和風黑糖磅蛋糕

[b]食材 (5 人份)[/b]
無鹽發酵奶油100g
蛋(2顆)100g
低筋麵粉100g
黑糖100g
蜂蜜1大匙(15ml)
牛奶2大匙(30ml)
泡打粉1小匙

[b]作法[/b]
1 *室溫軟化奶油,軟化到手指頭可以壓下去的程度~不用太軟~
*黑糖用調理機打成粉狀~

2 *先打軟奶油,將黑糖分三四次與奶油打勻~讓奶油與糖盡量融合~

3 *將蛋液稍稍用攪拌器打發為有些泡泡且淡色的狀態~

4 *蛋液分幾次倒入奶油糊裡打勻,每倒一點打勻後再倒入下一次

5 *將麵粉與泡打粉過篩後分次倒入奶油糊中用刮刀輕柔拌勻~
*勿過度攪拌會起筋喔~

6 *再放入蜂蜜,牛奶拌勻~

7 *烤盒中塗上奶油,灑上麵粉做為不沾效果~然後倒入麵糊~
*烤箱預熱180度~烤40-50分鐘~
*以細叉子或是筷子插入蛋糕體中,無麵糊沾黏即可~
*出爐囉~~~~(稍微倒扣簡單脫模喔~)
