龍蝦兩吃

食材 (2 人份)
波士頓龍蝦1隻
麵條2人份
蔥花少許
香油少許

沾醬
檸檬汁1小湯匙
奶油1小塊

清蒸醬汁
蔥段少許
薑片少許


豆腐1塊
小魚乾1小把
味噌2匙


作法
1 龍蝦清洗乾淨

2 鍋具不夠大,所以只好分屍,將龍蝦大鉗子用刀背重拍,以便之後輕鬆食用

3 灑上蔥段及薑片,大火清蒸10分

4 吃時,用筷子將肉給挖出來!其實原味就很好吃,有海的味道,但也可以[沾醬]融合後沾龍蝦肉,也超搭

5 龍蝦頭及清蒸後的湯汁加入適量水和小魚乾放進湯鍋去熬湯頭

6 放入豆腐,麵條,灑點蔥花,加入幾滴香油,即可上桌

7 味噌湯麵吸入龍蝦的鮮甜及小魚乾的湯底,很容易就讓人一碗接一碗的吃下肚!
